Hi, I’m Lauren!

I’m a Northern California native, lifelong reader, and aspiring author. I was the kid reading under the covers with a flashlight, and not much has changed (except now the books I stay up reading are sometimes my own drafts).

When I’m not writing novels that dive deep into trauma, survival, and healing, I work full-time in healthcare. It’s a balancing act—writing by night, working by day—but both sides of my life revolve around people and their stories.

Right now, I’m revising my debut novel, The Cost of Survival, with more projects on the horizon—just trying to pick between all the stories begging to be told.
